Introduction

My name is Clay Jennings and I am a senior at Virginia Tech. I am majoring in History. My area of interest is in historical philosophy and religion. I am particularly interested in studying the development of Christianity from its onset to the present day. This includes exploring the study of historical heresies, reformations, and the effects on political structures.

The purpose of this blog is not necessarily about religion and philosophy. The focus is on the world and its recovery after World War II. The reference, “All The King’s Horses,” is to the classic nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty. While our world is more or less put back together from World War II, it has not remained unchanged. Thus, to some extent, the governments (the king) could not fully put the world (Humpty Dumpty) back together as it once had been. This blog is a survey of this reality.
